The Brooklyn in downtown Seattle

I think The Brooklyn is my favorite happy hour spot downtown. For one it's a bit classier than some of the other joints around and two the crowd isn't full of the young 20 something’s just looking to get their drink on it's full of professionals who need a drink or two or four to relax before heading home.

The best part is they have food and drink specials daily! And get this their food specials are from 4:00 pm to close everyday, so you can get cheap good food all night long at The Brooklyn. Their drink specials go from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm so still plenty of time to have a few cocktails before heading home.

Currently for their food they offer the following all for $4.99 each:
Beechers Market Herb Poutine
Mini Steak Sliders
Steamed Clams
Flat Bread Pizza
Mini American Kobe Cheeseburger
Dungeness Crab Wonton
Steamed Mussels
Satay
Calamari
Buffalo popcorn Shrimp
Caesar Salad

The best are their drink specials:
Drafts and wine $2.99
Select calls $3.99 (Skyy, Bombay, Cuervo, Cutty, E&J, Jim Beam and Bacardi)
Martinis and manhattans $4.99 (Skyy, Bombay, Jim Beam)

$4.99 daily drink specials
Monday - Ruby Red Cosmo
Tuesday - Prickly Pear Margarita
Wednesday - Tangerine Kamikaze
Thursday - Ten Cane Mojito
Friday - Raspberry Lemon Drop
Saturday - Sidecar Named Desire
Sunday - Berrytini

They make their own infused vodkas and use them for the Berrytini, Raspberry Lemon Drop and they have one with bell peppers they use for their Bloody Marys. I really like the Berrytini and Raspberry Lemon Drop both are fabulous and when I'm feeling cheap a Skyy tonic always hits the spot. I've tried their clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp and crab wontons and have loved every bite of them.

Overall I'd have to rate The Brooklyn's happy hour a solid 5.0 seeing at it is currently my favorite.
